Yellow rattle

We sowed the seed on the nature reserve and it's good to see a lot of patches have come up well.
Spent most of the morning cooking in preparation for my brother's visit (along with his wife). Once I'd done I cleaned the floors and Mr Rat did the hoovering, so the house is unusually clean!
Once they'd arrived and had a cuppa we went walked down to the ponds where this yeallow rattle is, also some hug marsh orchids (in a very sheltered spot) and various other things. The swans were also showing off their family.
