I saw the shadow of the lamp created by the sun while we were having dinner.
It’s been a lovely day though quite windy.
I pottered in the garden for a bit this afternoon while Frank was at his music practice with ‘the lads’ - Frank is the youngest at 71. 
My leg has been really achey today although I can bend it more than yesterday. I phone the MSK clinic and now have an appointment to see the consultant on 28th July in Haworth. I could have had one in Saltaire on 24th June but I’ll be in Airdrie for Lucy’s dance show.
We booked train tickets to go to Morecambe next week for my Birthday.
We are actually going on Tuesday - the day before as the weather looks best on that day. We’ll be taking Bella on the train :-D
The Ukraine lady who was planning to move to the UK and stay with us messaged me today and sent photos of her boys.I think I said previously that she had decided to go to Scotland instead but she was worrying because she doesn’t know anything about Scotland or its people. I told her a bit about various places and about where we used to live and she liked the sound of Dumfries. At the moment she and her 2 little boys are in Poland and heading next to Hamburg. I’m so glad she is keeping in touch.

I just thought of this poem 5 minutes ago and had it written in 3 minutes.
