Emergency Bee Blip

We spent the morning with our son, daughter, son-in-law and the granddaughters - coffee / brunch at J32 Castelford and a wander around the shops. Daughter and family then came back to our house (via the village playground for the children to run off some energy). An exhausting afternoon was spent watching / playing with the girls. I did grab a few minutes garden safari time and found plenty of bumble bees about the apple tree, caught this one a split second after liftoff…the blossom is really opening up now and the bees were having a field day. Hopefully this will translate into a good crop of apples later in the year.
