Barn blip

Beautiful spring day with sunshine and a light breeze. The birds are singing and the bees are buzzing.

Also buzzing were JustenJoy and me when we met for lunch. We have decided that our usual coffee time meets are not long enough so today we had more time for a good chat over an excellent lunch. Thank you Joy!.

On the way home I turned off down a lane that I had passed countless times before. I followed it past cottages and farms and across a level crossing. I was about to blip some hens when the farmer's dog went berserk. The owner emerged for a friendly chat and I didn't feel I could blip her hens after that! It was a very muddy yard, so maybe it wouldn't have been very attractive anyway.

This big black barn and its adjacent pond are back at the junction with the main road and will be a familiar sight for anyone travelling between Reigate and Dorking.
