This is the view that greets us when we open the front door. There is very little about this bed that is planned, it just seems to run riot at this time of year. When this explosion of colour is finished it will look a total mess again, so we enjoy it while it lasts.

Thank you for all your sympathy for Normous, and I am sorry I landed all that onto blipfoto yesterday, it rather dominated my day! The casualty is much better after a good night's sleep but is frustrated at having his arm in a sling. His face looks a mess and I did think of blipping it for you but it is too horrible! He's a good patient, doing as much for himself as he can.
