Unexpected

Double rainbow as seen from the carpark of the pub where we had tea.

Slept in a strange position so have a crick in my neck.

Done nothing today. At all. TV, cups of tea, feet up. That's it.

The rainbow and a bit of family time have been the only colourful bits. But I am grateful for that and just for being here. So I am behaving myself because I want to stay here and ultimately be pain free.
