Botanic Gardens

Busy day today!  Early morning walk with the family to drop Euan at Nursery then big sis off at work. Mum and Dad did some shopping in Oxford and I took myself off to the botanic gardens as I don't need much of an excuse to look at plants.  Took some time to rest near Lyra's bench, admired the immense magnolia and took some pictures for a couple of tourists who were visiting, got sad that the stunning Japanese Cherry Blossom tree had been donated by Matt Hancock (sort of ruined it a little).  The best bit for me was the glasshouses, with all sorts of weird and wonderful plants.  The water lillies were looking particularly great so got the blip for the day.

En-route to the gardens I noticed a Montezumas shop and had to get myself a bag of peanut butter truffle eggs, which also meant getting a bar for something for everyone else in the house too.  Back to sister's house for some cleaning and jobs before collecting Euan from nursery.  Good day.
