Magnificent Stridley

Back up north today!  Took a walk to the train station with big sister.  Felt great to spend some time with family, and felt like over the course of the weekend have gone from being "Who is this Euan?" "..Auntie...Jenny?" to "Auntie Jenny!" which is great. He really is a little star.  Enjoyed catching up with big sister too.

The train from Oxford back north was a lot busier than I expected, then the train back to Bradford from Machester even busier, with no one really getting off at the 'big' stops like Tod and Hebden.  Made me wonder if there was something going on with the quicker line to Leeds, or if everyone else on the trains just realised that it's about half the price to go through the calder valley...

Totally gutted that the My Thai cafe in Bradford centre has shut down, was hoping for a tasty lunch.

Spending a couple of night at mum and dad's to see some friends before going back north.  The rest of the day will be spent on the sofa with the cats.  Stridley seemed glad to see me and I was very glad to see her.
