No Waiting For Deconstruction

Today's image was taken on another local photographic safari. I had spotted a line of No Waiting traffic cones around the corner on the way back from dropping my brother off at the station a few days ago but yesterday I noticed that one of them had been 'deconstructed' and scattered across the road and knew instantly that I would return to it as a blip subject.
Thankfully when I went back today it was still there. I have no idea if it was accidental or had fallen foul of a criminal deed!
