Another busy day, but it felt much more manageable.

Repetition is the key for me, building daily habits into my own little routine.

Today I had a masterclass in how to take a call from a new patient. It sounds a little condescending, but as with everything else we do, it has to be done right.

Just as we’d finished for a tea break, I took a call from a new patient; perfect timing!
A good result too, as she booked an appointment to join us.
Linda was so proud of my efforts, she made me ring the little ‘success’ bell we have on reception! I thought it was for when I wanted a brew
