Caution - Men at Work

We are in the Lake District checking some routes for our Walking Group trip in June.  Our first walk was from Keswick to Walla Crag and then Bleaberry Fell and High Seat.  I spotted this sign between the two fells in boggy bit of ground. (Mind it was all boggy up there!) and my first thought was "WHY?". Not a road in sight. A cold wind blew, bringing showers and it was Bleak! But it was lovely walk and one which I am hoping the group will enjoy.
