Slept well and had a lazy morning finishing the book group book. I hadn’t been looking forward to reading it but really enjoyed it - The Thursday Murder Club by Richard Osman. It’s an easy read but well written and made me smile. Did the usual Saturday chores- odd how I more or less stick to this routine even though I’ve retired. Walks up to the posh bakers to get cakes for dad, did a bit of tidying in the garden and a food shop and cleaned the silver jewellery that I’ve decided to keep
