This is the third time I've run this course down south for Herts and Anglia District Scouts and Girl Guide leaders. They don't need to do a course at this level (they should) but it does mean I get the ones that want to go the extra mile. It also means I get to see a lot of those wow moments when it clicks, when they become people who'd step forward rather than freezing or trying to hide. When I see that I know they're going to pass.
