The Birthday girl….Libby is 11 today!

Yesterday we went to Pets at Home to buy a big bag of dog food and I happened to spot a Birthday treat for dogs! As it is Libby’s birthday today I bought one after checking the ingredients. A bit of a gimmick.
We gave it to her at her tea time but as it was quite large we thought she did not need it all ….it was so hard we had to use a big kitchen knife on a chopping board to break it into pieces. She seemed to like it and will get another piece for several days.

We were quite impressed by the Richmond Pets at Home having not been there before. A big welcome on arrival and as we had the twins the assistant pointed us in the direction of the rabbits, hamsters etc for them to see, without us asking. There was also a big range of fish to look at and many dogs in the Grooming section too. We had planned to go to the WWT at Barnes but the weather was windy plus rain so at least we did see something interesting .
