Assater

A lovely calm day, not a breath of wind, flat calm tonight too.  A frosty and cloudy morning, but cleared into a mostly sunny day, and clear skies tonight. 

Up early, and off work for the next eight days.  A morning puttering about the house, and then finally headed north for a run.  Popped by Madeline's for a cuppa in the afternoon.  I headed down to Laura's this evening, and took the dogs for a walk.  Olly's lead broke, thankfully I managed to catch him!  Mam came over to Laura's after.  A quiet night and feet up now.

A fine day for some exploring up north, shame the sun only came out after I got home again.  It was a cold morning, but with no wind, it didn't feel so cold.  There must have been a bit of snow overnight, as the summit of Ronas Hill was snow capped.   I really should have gone for a walk up there.  Looking over Assater, looking towards Ronas Hill, Northmavine.
