Ollie at da Kale Yard

A calm frosty morning turned into a windy and raining morning.  Much the same for the afternoon, with a calm and drier evening.

I popped by Laura's on my way to work this morning.  I've been on late shift again in the airport.  I was working with oil and gas flights this morning, a quiet afternoon, and then on the check-in desk this evening.  A white mountain hare had a lucky escape on my way home, after dashing in front of my car.  They are lovely animals, but hard to photograph with Sammy about.  Walkies with Sammy around Scalloway, and now feet up for the night.

Laura still has a sore hip, and needed a helping hand taking Olly out walkies this morning.  He was super excited with the frozen puddles, cracking the ice and munching on it.  I still hadn't managed to get a good clear photo of Olly, that changed this morning.  I managed to get him to sit, and he stayed until I got a few photos.  He really is turning into a loveable chap.  Olly sitting by the kale yard, Clapphoull, Cunningsburgh.
