Chop, Chop, Chop

Today is the second day above freezing but today was dry and sunny, perfect for chopping ice. Our driveway likely has as much ice on it as the Kennebec River, LoL! The ice is so thick it’s higher than the bottom of our trash shed and we’re unable to open the doors • Chop, Chop, Chop • We took turns chipping at the ice but it’s going to take another few days. The area is shaded too which doesn’t help • Chop, Chop, Chop • I removed the ice from our front step, the deer table and from parts of the main walkway • I celebrated with two peanut butter cups :) • Twice baked spaghetti squash is on the menu tonight. I like adding broccoli and vegan cheese best but sometimes throw in onion and peppers too. It’s so easy and versatile; tasty too. I’d better get chop-chop-chopping! • Say hello to Ms. black-capped chickadee :)
