The Bouquet of Sympathy Flowers.

Sometimes I just don't know what to write and as God is my witness I try not to rant, but sadly being human I fail.
To make the point as kindly as possible, these beautiful flowers included big white lily buds. They are from my husband's workplace colleagues.
Cats should never go near lilies or get lily pollen on them. It can result in cat kidney failure. Wash it off very carefully if pollen from lilies gets on the cat coat.
So after chatting to a kind friend who explained she would never have lilies in her house because she has two cats, I took the step to bin the fragrant exotic lilies and carefully rinse the remaining bouquet. I heard Arthur chain sneeze a few times before I did this, and felt really worried, yet he has not any symptoms, thank goodness.
Google helps understand this whole concern. Cats are great companions and we need basic guidelines to refer to, if a sudden crisis happens.
