Whilst being very cold here in Rishton, it has been a dry, bright, blue skied day, all day. At a guess, 8c.
I lost three pounds of my weight yesterday after eating less calories and snacks, and moving for exercise a bit more. Indoor jogging and counting steps. I remain that same body weight even today. It is a battle that needs winning. Apathy is a sin.
The bouquet has sachets of flower food to maximise the life of the beautiful flowers, therefore now the lilies are not in the bouquet, I hope the remaining white roses and other flowers and greenery stay for about two weeks. The indoor temperature has to be carefully adjusted and not be too cold for the houseplants and these flowers. I hate the evil fact energy bills are going to be too expensive for the many in future months. It is a basic human right is it not, to have reasonable affordable energy to do our washing, cooking and cleaning. Food banks are one solution to our impoverished nations but there are several other services that are too costly for those with no pension.
