A Song to Sing

I spent the morning adding mulch to the back garden. I need to get more.

The birds were active as I was out. This robin has a number of “song posts”. I think the robin we see in the front garden is a different one, so our house must be on the territorial boundary. Between each song they listen to the other robins singing nearby. Essentially it’s a “keep out, this is my turf” song.

And …… I now know who is eating the flowers on the viburnum bush (extra).
