Morning sun

We were all up and out early, trying out a karate lesson, something for the future, but decided it's not quite right for now.

Home for some chores and lots of playing, the kitchen is now a railway station with the track going around most of the room. 

I haven't been feeling 100%, so have eased off the running. Did take the dog out, he is supolposed to be off games but was so miserable that we have introduced short walks - although today's was rather longer! I slept almost as soon as I got back, so certainly not quite right! 

Today I'm grateful for:
The husband realising he has some limits
The husband taking the boys to the park this afternoon, giving me some quiet time.
Playing trains with the boys
