The forecast for today wasn’t great but it turned out much better than expected. We started our day by having a short walk at the edge of Windermere at Ambleside (extra).
Then on to Tarn Hows - one of our favourite walks - and it was beautiful. A small amount of snow on the top of nearby hills made it even better.
Then on to Grizedale forest for a meander up the hills.
