Today we headed up to Ullswater. On the way we had a walk along the banks of Brothers Water - a new one for us. Then on to Aura Falls. Another favourite of ours, but this time we walked further up to High Force and High Cascades which was beautiful. Saw a group of people braving the freezing water to raise money for CRISIS - very impressive! Also thrilled to see a red squirrel! 
Then along to Pooley Bridge and a walk along the banks of Ullswater (extra), followed by coffee and cake overlooking the new bridge at Pooley Bridge. Another great day .
