Had a good day. Put the oven on and all was well ( though all displays in German) so put turkey in and went back to bed. J arrived at 10 to help with cooking , everyone else at 1 and we were ready to eat at 2.30 . Had a mild panic when there didn’t seem to be any meat on the turkey, only to realise I had roasted it upside down. It tasted very good though so may need to do that again. Forgot about photos so here is the aforementioned turkey, the right way up!
