Dinner for Five

After we sent a morning text to our son-in-law asking if he and the kids would be available for dinner, he replied, "Yes!" and we spent the remainder of the day looking forward to having dinner with these three.

So at approximately 6:30 we all gathered at Wahoo's Tacos for dinner and regrouping. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Our grandson Emerson came right from his economics college class; granddaughter Ashly had worked at Ace Hardware during the day. She is on spring break from her job at a local elementary school working with a special needs child. She was going to meet girlfriends after dinner so they could all go out dancing. Ashly's boyfriend, Robert, was home with the stomach flu. Our son-in-law, John, had just been to his annual tax appointment. It was a "pausing" moment when all of our schedules aligned. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

This photo is best of Emerson and I could have cropped Ash and John from the shot, but I think they look okay. Their presence adds evidence that we really were all together.
