Do Not Crush

The things you see driving on the freeway....

We're driving down I-10 somewhere East of Fort Stockton, Texas and the wife says: "Hey, look at that!." She's driving and volunteers to come up close to the back of this flatbed truck doing 80mph. This is what she sees. We both laugh, she paces the truck for awhile and I get out my camera. Another daily photo.

This image competed with pretty clouds over the cholla desert of New Mexico and Judge Roy Bean's law west of the Pecos building replica in the little Texas town of Pecos. I liked this best. Maybe later for those other things.

I've been trying to document life over the past year. Today, we traveled from Santa Fe to Fredericksburg, Texas--10+ hours. And, yes, maybe yesterday's photo was only 363 or 364, not 365. But, it's close. I'll celebrate in a couple of days when we get it all done for sure.
