I fancied a bit of walking about. Nothing too strenuous. I almost popped into Summerhall’s Christmas Fair after having watched their carol singers awhile. Blimey, it was all wrist bracelets for entrance and covid passport checks. Not at all festive. Instead I headed off across the meadows, up Bruntsfield and down Morningside Road. And then up Morningside Road and down Bruntsfield. Oh yes.
