A year since Runagate sank in the west harbour - recently it’s been taking a bit of a pounding and seems to have flipped onto its starboard side. Due to the new earthworks I couldn’t get any closer for a photo and it was a biting cold wind so I wasn’t for hanging around. So that’s yer lot. I was over there as I finally got round to winterising the engine. A cold snap is forecast, y’see.
Earlier I’d been up at the daughter’s as I believed there was a washing machine door seal to replace. There wasn’t. The compression joints on the waste pipes under their sink however had come undone. Something that was well within my skill set to sort out.
What else? Japan need to practice penalties. Did I mention that I got Brazil in the MrT’s shambolic sweep? They actually look quite useful.
