Before the storm

A busy day, preparing for Ruth's birthday tomorrow. She and the boys will stay over with us tonight, as Josh is away on a training course. Shopping... making a chocolate and almond cake... making beds.
Just time to pop out into the garden and look at these winter blooms before the predicted wind and rain hit them.
