…and a Bakewell tart in Ashbourne, on our way up to Manchester, hoping we've escaped the virus, after both Deb and Zion's PCR tests came back positive (everyone else's still negative), and Deb scared we'd get it off them. 

Thought this article in The Guardian, by George Monbiot, was prescient and clear thinking on the environment, worth reading.

Gratefuls:
- Julia and Tom welcoming us with open arms
- stunning countryside as we drove over the Derbyshire Dales, light filtering through the clouds onto the stone wall lined fields of bright green, with the occasional flaming autumn row of trees
- the car we've been loaned, we'd have been pretty stuck without it
