Late flowering camelia

Another decent nights sleep……alarm went off at 7.45am, up and ready for 8.20, downstairs, cuppa and a banana, he out the door to Pilates for 9.15.

A. it easier this week, still a tough workout, but felt better about it…..really need to get myself some new gym gear though!  Finished and back in the car for 10.20, pitstop for a well deserved coffee :-)

Then back home, feeling hungry, so had an early lunch, scrambled eggs, smoked salmon, and wholemeal toast, lurvly!  Spent an hour scanning receipts and emailing them to myself, ready for uploading whilst at work tomorrow.

Made roasted butternut squash & chilli soup, saved some of the squash to make a risotto. Also made moroccan vegetable tagine, with spicy tomato couscous for dinner tonight.  Soup for lunch tomorrow :-) 

I went out shopping early afternoon, got a few more x**s presents, and some new leggings, a tee & a lovely hoodie too for my next Pilates. lass :-) 

Got home before the rush hour, hoovered the car out…… had a walk around the back garden, its been very mild today, snapped my lovely late flowering camelia, as you can see here, prety in pink isnt it ;-) 

Sat having my dinner, listening to my friends daughter singing her version of a Demi Lovato song, found myself in tears, think it was the words, not sure where it came from, caught me by surprise!  Hub was watching me, from his picture on the sideboard that is :-(  Pulled myself together,  cleared the dishes, got changed, sorted out my streaked face, the. picked up D&E nextdoor  and off we went to the pub quiz.  

Enjoyed it, it was a halloween themed one, extra points for dressing up too, we werent there last week, so didnt know, no extra 5:points for us, needless to say we didnt win, well not the quiz, but we did win the musical Bingo afterwards, £46!  That eill do nicely thank you very much :-). 

We are going out fr a meal in a couple of weeks, so that will pay for the vast majority of it :-D
