All Hallows approaches

Late to bed, wide awake at 4am……almost got up, but resisted! Eventually got back to sleep must have been after 6, then woke at 8.40 and dragged myself up :-/ 

Fruity breakfast,  went in to town, met a friend, had a quick coffee, then back home, lunch today was the butternut squash & chilli soup I made yesterday and the last of the couscous and veggies too. I feel a little more positive today than I have of late……..

Upstairs to the study, work beckoned…..logged on a little early as today is the last day for my boss, before her wedding on Saturday, followed by two week annual leave…..during which time I hope to get to grips with things, and get properly established, if I use the time well ;-) 

I didnt a tually move deom my chair for the 4 hours, plus an extra half hour, as there was lots to get hrough and finalise, before she & I signed off tonight.  

A quick frshen up and into the car, drove around to daughters house, for tea and games night.  She had made a lovely meatballs in tomato sauce with pasta……….really enjoyed it. Em had her friend staying over, as its half term, we all played rummikub after dinner…….tonights blip is another of daughters “scare you to death” halloween accessories, for her party on Saturday night. He is a long standing resident,  even has a very scary breathy voice too!!! 

I wont be too late to bed tonight…..looking forward to a day to myself tomorrow, nit working, have a few things that I need to get sorted before my hectic weekend.
