One More for Good Measure
Sunny and warm till late afternoon, then a brief storm with heavy rain. We had a lot to do to get ready for tomorrow and a few weeks after, so we got up early. After breakfast, hubby took me to get my Moderna booster. Figured this was an appropriate photo for my 365th blip - it may protect me so I can post many more. We shopped for what we may need till I feel comfortable leaving hubby home alone. Then I got busy moving all my “stuff” down to the master bedroom and bath. What a tiring job! We vacated the master suite when my parents lived with us from Dec 2017 through Sep 2018. My mother had a medical condition and was unable to care for Daddy. We weren’t sure if they (now just my mother) might have to move back so we just stayed upstairs. But hubby is supposed to remain on the main floor until he is cleared to climb stairs. He moved his bare bones office to the foyer so he can keep up with his Knights’ duties. We tidied the house, reread his pre-op instructions, and put his walker/leg stabilizer in the car. Hopefully, we are prepared. It will be an early night as we have to be at the surgery center at 6:05. Thanks for dropping by. Prayers appreciated for success and minimal pain tomorrow. I am probably more antsy than hubby. “The more prepared you are, the less pressure you feel.” - Orrin Woodward
