Kincraig Battery #DS266

This is a derelict Observation Post on Kincraig Point, at Earlsferry, in the East Neuk of Fife.  Part of World War 2 Forth Coastal Defences.

Geordie and I walked up here this afternoon.  We parked where we usually park to walk in the woods at Shell Bay, but set off South for a change.  It was pretty grey and overcast when we set off, but gradually it brightened up and some lovely clouds appeared.

There are various pillboxes and gun placements along this stretch of coast.  All derelict now, of course.
This is a beautiful section of Fife Coastal Path with amazing views.

As usual I took far too many photographs, then spent ages sorting through them when we got home.
