Across the bay

From Port Seton.
Today Mr Rat and I ran the John Muir Way Ultra Relay which should have been on in Spring 2020. I ran Port Seton to N Berwick )the nobble in the left distance) and he ran from there to near Dunbar a total of 50k with slightly more in the first leg.
The weather forecast said fairly wet and windy but my section was dry and calm until very near the end when there was a slight breeze and a few spots of rain. Mr Rat had more rain but no wind and it was dry when he finished. He'd wondered how he would be after his 106k 3 weeks ago but felt good and hit his time target (as did I).
Then home and a fish supper. Next a bath!
