The ponds

Woke far too early this morning and couldn't get back to sleep - but I did get my book finished.
At church we learnt about mission work in Nepal helping isolated villages with all aspects of life, we also learnt a bit more about the country with a quiz.
After lunch I was falling asleep so I had a short run by the ponds and then returned and did some knitting - and had a sleep.
Not much else to report except daughter and crewmate got from Falkirk to Edinburgh (31miles) today and finished first in their category and, despite not being quite as quick as they'd hoped, still were 45 mins faster than last time they did before. Blistered hands to show for it.
