Worcester Cathedral

You cannot spend a weekend in Worcester without visiting its glorious Cathedral.
Building of the first cathedral on the site began in the year 680 A.D. Building of the present
Cathrdral, the third on the site, began in the year 1086.

Our reunion group was fortunate to have a conducted tou led by a very knowledgable guide.
The tour took a full two hours. Well worthwhile but for those of us in our eighties rather 
exhausting by the end.
