Back is actually loads better today and after work I endured enjoyed a lovely back massage given by .... not Mr T, but my expert masseuse, Noelle (wife of my Sax teacher) who also does wonderful Aromatherapy, sports massages and beauty treatments of all kinds. I'm supposed to relax for the rest of the evening but guess I'll be on kitchen duty so, TTFN.
