Jewels

A friend from work reliably informed me that on her way to work this morning a particular hedge at the roadside was covered in long hanging icicles. We've actually had a beautiful day here, still cold but with blue skies and some sunshine so by the time I came home past the particular hedge the icicles had just about melted but left a few jewel-like water drops. Still pretty though.

As I've wrecked my back having done a whole weekend of mauling heavy bedroom furniture in, out and all about, not to mention that very spiteful king size mattress, I have been walking around all day at work like this me. Well you might think its funny, but its very painful and I actually had to get out of the car and stand in a puddle small flood to get this little shot of the jewels, so titter not.
