Another day of sunshine & showers

The wind and rain overnight wax a little wild at times and I was very glad that we decided not to put up the awning as I think it might have made it back to Fort William!

A very relaxed day mostly reading before we headed back to Larach Mohr gardens. Took
A few different paths and despite a couple of slips we made it back to the car mostly unscathed if a little muddy!

Sae the beautiful burnt sugar tree - japonica - although I appeared to be the only one who could smell the burnt sugar from the fallen leaves.

Saw several different types of fungi but thought this closeup made a nice simple abstract.,Thanks to Ingeborg for hosting.,
