Last flush of colour

Very wet all day so it was just as well Phin was having a sleepy day and wasn’t keen to go out very often into the rain! I mostly worked on my crochet as my appointment at the breast screening clinic cancelled as I was walking out if the door to head to the centre. I assume either the weather or staffing issues caused the late cancellation. I’m sure a new appointment will come through in due course.

It did brighten up about tea time when I was able to blip these last 2 buds on my mini rose.

Made a rather tasty boeuf bourguignon for dinner accompanied by mashed potato and pan fried cabbage.
