Hill House

We revisited Hill House this afternoon to see the new conservation structure which encloses the whole house enabling to dry out from the dampness that threatened units long-term future. This structure has walkways and stairs which enable to get an overview of the house from a totally new perspective ie. above. So effective has this been that is actually one of the nominees for the Stirling prize this year. The fine mess curtain of steel also gives an impressionistic  perspectives surrounding properties (see extra).
