Halibut homecoming

A busy day doing admin and shopping with my Mother. Much cooler today and it rained late last night. 
I was very glad to get back home especially as my husband had done lots of housework,  and cooked us delicious  halibut steaks in sherry, embellished with flaked almonds and coriander.    
We watched  the fantastic Prom concert on BBC4 featuring John Williams conducting the Sinfonia of London playing music inspired by the changing fate of Vienna/Austria throughout  the 20th century  including  Berg's Early Songs, Ravel's  La Valse and Korngold's Symphony  in F sharp major.
