Thursday: Rainy Day …

… and a Soggy Caterpillar and a soggy Nasturtium … it’s been very wet!
Our storm arrived around 11pm last night - thunder, lightening and torrential rain, I watched for a few minutes then went to sleep knowing that my garden and the surrounding countryside was getting thoroughly soaked and that the farmers would also be celebrating!
Weather dry and ok all morning, rain arrived at 2pm and was very heavy all afternoon 
Family history all morning. Watched “House Through Time” on iPlayer this afternoon, then a craft competition programme in Welsh also on iPlayer.
MrD was on the mainland on his motorbike and it stayed dry until he was crossing the bridge home around 5pm.
