Garden day

Walked down the fields before breakfast and it was already warm, no sheep but plenty of rabbits and a deer spotted.
Out for a run, but was so hot we were both struggling.
Hubby wanted to get the painting finished and the lawn cut so we spent the rest of the day in the garden and cottage. The guy with the allotment over our wall asked if we wanted some runner beans so hubby went round and cut some.
Early evening walk with Hetty and still warm.
Lots of butterflies in the garden and had to rescue four from the house as they kept coming through the open windows.
