Two Thousand acres of Sky

Was a tv series back around 2001 staring Michelle Collins and Paul Kaye. Not sure what happened as I never saw the last series. My friend was a big fan and a few years ago we were staying in the area and we visited the village, Port Logan, used as the set. Today we visited Logan Botanical Gardens, then on to Port Logan and then to the Mull of Galloway.
I was up at 6:20 hoping to get a sun rise, but it didn’t, so just had an early walk on the beach.
Walked on the beach at Port Logan was difficult as there were lots of jellyfish and Hetty kept trying to get them.
A number of brave souls were in the sea today and there was a group of young men sat on the beach having lunch, wearing wetsuits that were rolled down to their waists, it was not warm enough for that.
Walk round the lighthouse was bracing and ended the day with another walk after dinner.
Moving on tomorrow and going to try and find a supermarket on route to next site.
