Jam again

We had a lovely walk at Howe Ridding, and collected 9lb of blackberries!! They are deliciously ripe and juicy.
But I didn’t get straight on with them, as I had some more Victoria Plums to use. These are now Plum and Vanilla jam, I thought the vanilla might work, and I had a vanilla pod to use. It’s a lovely combination, just imagine it on a nice scone with some clotted cream.
Blackberries are in the freezer for the moment!
