Emergency Outdoor Action

Not a course I run all that often, but every time I do I think "I should run this more often".
To be fair it's a tough sell, as its only one day it doesn't meet the 16hr ngb requirements, and yet its perfect for recreational participants. Today's group were all from the Summit Good walking group (affiliated to the Ramblers). For 7 of them it was the first time they'd ever been on a first aid course, yet all of them had experienced incidents. If it happens again they'll now be better prepared and hopefully confident enough to step up and help.

The extra is a Wallisia (pink quill) we were given. I'm not great on house plants, and to be honest it's such an odd looking thing it almost looks plastic. And then it produces a flower and wow!
