James and The Giant...

...Balloon. Not my best pic of the day, but the moment that gave us plenty of laughs! When Claire's early birthday balloon got loose and flew up into a high tree! Chris provided ladders, a stick, and sticky tape...and James managed to get it out of the tree and back to the birthday girl. Lots of claps from people around and about who'd been watching the events unfold, ha!

A day of yet more homeless washing, birthday gift scouting with Rich, pottering with Danny and the kids in a neighbouring town, Caña Club. An extra special Caña Club tonight in advance of Claire's 60th on Saturday...some friends from Madrid joined us to celebrate her. 

Today I'm grateful for;
1) Caña Club - friends who feel like family.
2) Nate being in a happy lovely mood today.
3) Photo updates from family together in Sutton.
