Sara!

I had a great meeting this morning, planning for a photoshoot with my friend Letesia. Her web designer, she and I spent time talking styling and colours. She writes and run race and diversity courses for business leaders, and now needs imagery to more fit what she does. Last time she and I did a photo shoot together was 2 years ago, and she was running wellness retreats back then, so the imagery needs updating!
I've done a couple of loads of washing for a friend who lives in a tent...and also ordered my first load of eco washing strips - super green and next to no packaging. Really looking forward to trying them out... The amount of washing we do, I definitely feel we need to somehow be more environmentally friendly about it.
Danny was in the prison this afternoon and evening, saying goodbye to a lovely lad who's being moved to Palma ahead of his trial - any of you pray-ers out there, pray for justice for M. Whilst Danny was there, the kids and I went to go see Sara (blipped!). Her Mom is English and her Dad is Ibicencan...Whenever I spend time with Sara I come away feeling encouraged. After a rough afternoon with Nate I was on the verge of cancelling meeting up, but realised I especially needed to see a friend, not shut myself away. I'm so glad we stuck to our date as it was really good to see her plus the kids enjoyed it too. Also I had precious cargo of Alentejo wine to give to her...she was delighted.

Today I'm grateful for;
1) Not being a single parent - I'd go off pop if there wasn't someone else helping bring up the kids.
2) A lovely phonecall with my cousin Lozz.
3) Sara and her encouraging way.
